At WHAT THE FLEX, we want you to feel as good as you look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't right or the flex isn't real, we've got you covered with a streamlined return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
